Ingredients
  

  • 1 carrot cut into even pieces
  • 1 cup broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 colored bell peppers cut into even pieces
  • 1 onion cut into even pieces
  • 2 zucchinis cut into even pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A pinch of thyme
  • A pinch of paprika

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
  • Add the chopped vegetables and minced garlic to the pan and stir them well.
  • Season the vegetables with salt and black pepper to taste.
