Ingredients
- 1 carrot cut into even pieces
- 1 cup broccoli cut into florets
- 1 cup cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 colored bell peppers cut into even pieces
- 1 onion cut into even pieces
- 2 zucchinis cut into even pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of thyme
- A pinch of paprika
Instructions
- Heat a large pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
- Add the chopped vegetables and minced garlic to the pan and stir them well.
- Season the vegetables with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add the thyme and paprika to the vegetable mixture and stir.
- Cover the pan and let the vegetables cook over low heat until they are tender and fully cooked.
