Boiled potatoes are one of the easiest and most delicious vegetable dishes you can make when following a diet.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kilo small potatoes washed
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Bring the water with a pinch of salt to a boil in a medium-sized pot over the fire.
  • Add the potatoes and let them cook for 15-25 minutes until completely tender.
  • Peel the potatoes and place them in a bowl, then season them with salt and black pepper.
  • Gently toss the potatoes to keep their shape.
  • Place the boiled potatoes on a serving dish, garnish with the chopped parsley, and serve.
