Boiled potatoes are one of the easiest and most delicious vegetable dishes you can make when following a diet.
Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo small potatoes washed
- 1 liter water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
Instructions
- Bring the water with a pinch of salt to a boil in a medium-sized pot over the fire.
- Add the potatoes and let them cook for 15-25 minutes until completely tender.
- Peel the potatoes and place them in a bowl, then season them with salt and black pepper.
- Gently toss the potatoes to keep their shape.
- Place the boiled potatoes on a serving dish, garnish with the chopped parsley, and serve.
