- Milk: 3 tablespoons
- Salt: a pinch
- Bell Pepper: to taste finely chopped
- Vegetable Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Onion: 1 small, chopped
- Parsley: 1 teaspoon fresh, chopped
- Dried Mint: 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk, salt, bell pepper, onion, parsley, and dried mint using a fork until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook until set.
