This honey chicken fillet is a perfect, tasty meal for your diet
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet: 500 grams about 1.1 lbs
- Garlic: 4 cloves minced
- Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
- Honey: 2 tablespoons
- Ginger: ½ teaspoon ground
- Black pepper: ½ teaspoon
Instructions
- In a deep bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Add the olive oil and mix well until combined.
- Add the chicken to the honey mixture and stir until the chicken is fully coated.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the chicken with the honey mixture in a baking tray and put it in the oven for about 35 minutes.
- Flip the chicken fillets over and leave them in the oven for another 10 minutes until fully cooked.
- Serve the honey chicken fillet hot with sautéed vegetables or your favorite salad.
