Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- ½ cup mixed nuts
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ½ cup dried fruit
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon raw cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, mixed nuts, dried fruit, chia seeds, and sunflower seeds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, peanut butter, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the granola turns golden brown.
- Remove the tray from the oven and let the granola cool completely.
- Add the chocolate chips to the cooled granola and store it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
