Ingredients
- Beef: 500 grams lean beef cuts
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons extra virgin
- Lemon Juice: 2 tablespoons fresh
- Garlic: 3 cloves crushed
- Oregano: 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped
- Rosemary: 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped
- Thyme: 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped
- Salt: to taste
- Black Pepper: to taste freshly ground
- Paprika: a pinch optional
Instructions
- Wash the steak slices and dry them thoroughly with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, chopped herbs (oregano, rosemary, thyme), salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir the ingredients well.
- Place the steak slices in a deep bowl and pour the marinade over them. Ensure all sides are well coated.
