Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the oat flour, maple syrup, and coconut butter until you get a smooth and firm dough. (If your dough is too sticky to shape, put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes to firm up).
- Make medium-sized balls from the dough and place them on the prepared baking tray.
- Repeat until you use all the dough, leaving some space between the cookies on the tray.
