Oat Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups Oats ground oat flour
- 1/2 cup Coconut flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Banana ripe
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Milk skim
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla liquid
- A pinch of Cinnamon ground
- Dried Fruits as desired, or nuts
- 1 tablespoon Butter soft, for greasing the pan
- 1 tablespoon Flour for dusting the pan
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a food processor, blend the eggs, pinch of cinnamon, banana, honey, and vanilla well.
- Add the ground oat flour, coconut flour, baking powder, milk, and oil. Mix until the ingredients are well combined.
- Add the dried fruits or nuts to the mixture, as desired.
- Pour the mixture into a baking pan greased with butter and dusted with flour.
- Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, then slice and serve.
