Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Oats ground oat flour
  • 1/2 cup Coconut flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Banana ripe
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk skim
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla liquid
  • A pinch of Cinnamon ground
  • Dried Fruits as desired, or nuts
  • 1 tablespoon Butter soft, for greasing the pan
  • 1 tablespoon Flour for dusting the pan

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a food processor, blend the eggs, pinch of cinnamon, banana, honey, and vanilla well.
  • Add the ground oat flour, coconut flour, baking powder, milk, and oil. Mix until the ingredients are well combined.
  • Add the dried fruits or nuts to the mixture, as desired.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking pan greased with butter and dusted with flour.
  • Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  • Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, then slice and serve.
