Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts skinless
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a deep bowl, mix the yogurt, cumin, lemon juice, garlic, and coriander.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a glass Pyrex dish. Pour the marinade mixture over them and turn the chicken to coat it on all sides.
  • Place the Pyrex in the refrigerator for about 3 hours to allow the chicken to absorb the marinade.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Grill the chicken in the oven until it is fully cooked and golden brown. Serve hot.
