Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breast fillets fresh, skinless, boneless, and trimmed of fat
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, yogurt, minced garlic, mixed herbs (rosemary, basil), salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the marinade bowl, ensuring they are coated on all sides. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or for a stronger flavor, leave them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Grill the chicken breasts in an electric grill or an oven broiler.
  • Serve the grilled chicken breasts hot with a side of roasted vegetables or a green salad.
