Chicken Breast
A healthy, protein-rich, and low-fat recipe that helps you feel full for longer.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets fresh, skinless, boneless, and trimmed of fat
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, yogurt, minced garlic, mixed herbs (rosemary, basil), salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in the marinade bowl, ensuring they are coated on all sides. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or for a stronger flavor, leave them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Grill the chicken breasts in an electric grill or an oven broiler.
- Serve the grilled chicken breasts hot with a side of roasted vegetables or a green salad.
