Grilled Chicken Kofta

Ingredients
- Chicken Breast: 500 grams minced
- Onion: 1 medium / grated
- Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Breadcrumbs: 1/2 cup whole wheat / ground
- Parsley: 1/4 cup chopped
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
- Paprika: 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the minced chicken, ground breadcrumbs, onion, garlic powder, parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Shape the mixture into equal-sized fingers or logs.
- In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice and olive oil.
- Dip the kofta fingers into the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
- Heat the grill well and grill the kofta pieces until they are cooked through and browned on all sides.
