Ingredients
  

  • Chicken Breast: 500 grams minced
  • Onion: 1 medium / grated
  • Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Breadcrumbs: 1/2 cup whole wheat / ground
  • Parsley: 1/4 cup chopped
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Paprika: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix the minced chicken, ground breadcrumbs, onion, garlic powder, parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Shape the mixture into equal-sized fingers or logs.
  • In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice and olive oil.
  • Dip the kofta fingers into the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Heat the grill well and grill the kofta pieces until they are cooked through and browned on all sides.
  • Serve the grilled kofta with a plate of green salad for a complete meal.
