Ingredients
- 1 kilogram zucchini washed
- 2 tablespoons garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons mint chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Instructions
- Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.
- Place the zucchini in a bowl and season with salt, black pepper, cumin, mint, and minced garlic.
- Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the zucchini on a baking tray and put it in the oven until cooked through and lightly browned.
- Transfer the garlic zucchini to a serving dish and serve hot.
