Garlic & Herb Cheese Balls
This recipe is for a delicious appetizer that everyone loves.
Ingredients
- Garlic: 2 cloves minced
- Butter: 100 grams
- Cream Cheese: 450 grams
- Parmesan Cheese: 3 tablespoons grated
- Dill: 1 tablespoon dried
- Basil: ½ teaspoon dried
- Black Pepper: ½ teaspoon
- Thyme: ½ teaspoon
- Parsley: 2 tablespoons chopped
- Keto-friendly Bread: For serving (optional)
Instructions
- Take the butter and cream cheese out of the refrigerator one hour before preparation to soften.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, butter, and garlic until well combined.
- Add the parmesan cheese, dill, basil, black pepper, thyme, and parsley. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Refrigerate the cheese mixture until firm. Before serving, shape it into medium-sized balls and serve with (keto-friendly) bread if desired.
