Sajiya meat is a popular dish often served at gatherings, parties, and family trips.

Ingredients
  

  • Beef: 450 grams cut into thin slices
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: ½ teaspoon
  • Garlic: 1 clove minced
  • Olive Oil: 3 tablespoons
  • Green Bell Pepper: 1 sliced
  • Red Bell Pepper: 1 sliced
  • Onion: ½ sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, season the beef slices with salt, black pepper, and garlic. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a saj or large pan over medium heat. Sauté the green pepper, red pepper, and onion for about 2 minutes until they soften. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
  • Heat the remaining oil in the same pan. Briefly sear the beef slices.
  • Return the sautéed peppers and onions to the pan, placing them on top of the beef. Cook everything together until the meat is fully cooked.
  • Serve the Sajiya meat hot.
