Sajiya meat is a popular dish often served at gatherings, parties, and family trips.
Ingredients
- Beef: 450 grams cut into thin slices
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper: ½ teaspoon
- Garlic: 1 clove minced
- Olive Oil: 3 tablespoons
- Green Bell Pepper: 1 sliced
- Red Bell Pepper: 1 sliced
- Onion: ½ sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, season the beef slices with salt, black pepper, and garlic. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a saj or large pan over medium heat. Sauté the green pepper, red pepper, and onion for about 2 minutes until they soften. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
- Heat the remaining oil in the same pan. Briefly sear the beef slices.
- Return the sautéed peppers and onions to the pan, placing them on top of the beef. Cook everything together until the meat is fully cooked.
- Serve the Sajiya meat hot.
