Ingredients
- Potatoes: 4 cut into thick slices or scored with a few slits
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Rosemary: 1 teaspoon
- Thyme: ½ teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
- Bring a generous amount of water to a boil in a pot over medium heat, then turn off the heat.
- Add the potato slices, season with salt, and let the potatoes soak in the hot water for two minutes.
- Drain the potato slices and place them in a bowl.
- In a second bowl, mix the lemon juice, oil, rosemary, thyme, and salt.
- Add the marinade mixture to the potato slices and stir until the ingredients are well combined.
- Spread the marinated potatoes on a baking tray.
- Place the tray in the middle rack of the oven for 25 minutes, until the potatoes are cooked through.
- Remove the tray from the oven and serve the potatoes immediately.
