Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt chilled
  • 1 cup milk chilled, low-fat
  • 1/2 cup milk powder low-fat
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Nuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Using an electric mixer, blend the yogurt with the chilled milk and milk powder.
  • Add the honey and vanilla extract, and mix again until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a container and place it in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
  • Scoop the ice cream into serving cups and garnish with nuts if desired.
