Get creative in preparing light desserts suitable for a diet. Try this cool vanilla dessert, perfect for hot summer days
Ingredients
- 1 liter coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar diet or regular, adjust to taste
- 2 tablespoons liquid vanilla
- 5 tablespoons chia seeds
- Berries for garnish (as desired)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chia seeds with the coconut milk. Add the sugar and vanilla, and stir the ingredients well.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses and place them in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes, or until the texture sets.
- Serve the dessert cold, garnished with berries or any available fruit.
