Ingredients
  

  • 1 liter coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar diet or regular, adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons liquid vanilla
  • 5 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Berries for garnish (as desired)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the chia seeds with the coconut milk. Add the sugar and vanilla, and stir the ingredients well.
  • Pour the mixture into serving glasses and place them in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes, or until the texture sets.
  • Serve the dessert cold, garnished with berries or any available fruit.
