Ingredients
- Tortilla Bread: 10 pieces
- Olive Oil: ¼ cup
- Curry Powder: a pinch
Instructions
- Brush the tortilla pieces with olive oil using a pastry brush.
- Cut the tortillas into small triangles and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Put the tray in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown, flipping them halfway through.
- Place the chips in a large strainer, sprinkle with curry powder, and toss gently to coat.
- Transfer the chips to a serving plate and serve with your favorite dips.
