Ingredients
- Strawberries: 1 ½ cups fresh, mashed
- Water: ⅓ cup
- Sugar: 1 ½ tablespoons fructose
- Sugar: ⅓ cup
Instructions
- In a deep pot, combine the mashed strawberries, water, fructose, and sugar. Stir well until the sugar dissolves.
- Place the pot over medium heat until it boils. Then, reduce the heat and stir the mixture occasionally until it reaches a jam-like consistency.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let the jam cool completely. Transfer it to a glass jar, seal it tightly, and store it for later use.
