Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups walnuts
  • 2 cups dates pitted
  • 1 cup coconut shredded
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, mix the walnuts, dates, coconut, sesame oil, sea salt, and vanilla extract until the ingredients are well combined.
  • Shape the date mixture into small balls.
  • Leave them in the refrigerator to firm up for about one hour.
  • Serve the balls chilled.
