Ingredients
- Chicken Breast: 1 kg fresh, boneless, skinless, and cut into thick slices
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- Thyme: 1 teaspoon
- Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Onion Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice: from 1 lemon
- Yogurt: 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all the spices with the lemon juice, olive oil, and yogurt.
- Place the chicken breasts in the marinade bowl, making sure they are coated on all sides. Leave them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, but preferably overnight.
- Heat a grill or a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Place the chicken breasts and let them cook until they are completely done and golden brown on both sides.
- Serve the chicken steak with a green salad or grilled vegetables.
