Ingredients
  

  • Chicken Breast: 1 kg fresh, boneless, skinless, and cut into thick slices
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon
  • Thyme: 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Onion Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon Juice: from 1 lemon
  • Yogurt: 2 tablespoons

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix all the spices with the lemon juice, olive oil, and yogurt.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the marinade bowl, making sure they are coated on all sides. Leave them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, but preferably overnight.
  • Heat a grill or a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Place the chicken breasts and let them cook until they are completely done and golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve the chicken steak with a green salad or grilled vegetables.
