Baked Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams chicken breast cut into large cubes
  • 1 cup cornflakes coarsely crushed
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 250°C (about 480°F).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cornflakes, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and oil. Mix well.
  • Place the flour and beaten eggs in two separate plates.
  • Dip the chicken pieces first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat them with the cornflake mixture. Arrange the coated chicken on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Place the tray in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Place the chicken nuggets on serving plates and serve with your favorite sauce.
