Baked Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
- 500 grams chicken breast cut into large cubes
- 1 cup cornflakes coarsely crushed
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°C (about 480°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the cornflakes, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and oil. Mix well.
- Place the flour and beaten eggs in two separate plates.
- Dip the chicken pieces first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat them with the cornflake mixture. Arrange the coated chicken on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Place the tray in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Place the chicken nuggets on serving plates and serve with your favorite sauce.
