Ingredients
- 3 potatoes cut into thick strips/wedges
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Place the potato strips in a deep bowl and soak them in ice water for about 30 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and place them in the air fryer basket. Add the vegetable oil and toss to coat.
- Turn on the air fryer and cook at 170°C (340°F) for 15 minutes, shaking or flipping the potatoes occasionally until they are cooked through and crispy.
- Place the crispy fries on a serving plate, sprinkle with salt, and serve hot.
