Ingredients
- For the Dressing:
- Lemon: 2
- Olive Oil: ¼ cup
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- For the Salad:
- Parsley: 3 bunches
- Tomatoes: 3
- Chickpeas: 1 cup
- Couscous: ½ cup
Instructions
- Chop all the vegetables and add them to the chickpeas. Mix them together.
- Soak the couscous in hot water for 10 minutes, then mix it with the rest of the tabbouleh ingredients.
- Mix all the dressing ingredients together and pour them over the tabbouleh. Serve fresh.
