This Cottage Cheese and Chickpea Salad is a low-calorie salad, making it a perfect choice for a diet.
Ingredients
- Cottage Cheese: 200 grams
- Chickpeas: 100 grams boiled
- Cucumber: 1 cut into cubes
- Tomato: 1 cut into cubes
- Bell Pepper: 1 cut into cubes
- Parsley: ½ cup chopped
- Mint: ¼ cup fresh and chopped
- Lemon juice: from 1 lemon
- Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: a pinch
- Cumin: a pinch
Instructions
- In a deep glass bowl, place the cottage cheese, chickpeas, cucumber, bell pepper, tomato, parsley, and mint.
- In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and cumin.
