Chocolate Granola
Make this light and delicious chocolate granola while you're on a diet.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Oats
- 1/2 cup Mixed Nuts
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup Dried Fruits
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon Raw Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
- A pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, nuts, dried fruits, and seeds.
- In a small bowl, whisk the honey, peanut butter, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and mix well until all the ingredients are coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Put the tray in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the granola turns golden.
- Take the tray out of the oven and let the granola cool down.
- Add the chocolate chips to the granola and store it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
