Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts grilled and sliced
- 1 avocado mashed
- Large lettuce leaves
- 10 cherry tomatoes chopped
- Lemon juice to taste
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chicken, mashed avocado, cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place a portion of the mixture onto each lettuce leaf.
- Wrap them up like a sandwich and serve immediately.
