Cauliflower with Olives & Almonds
Cauliflower is a great food for people who want to lose weight.
Ingredients
- Cauliflower: 1 head boiled and mashed
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Onion: 1 chopped
- Garlic: 2 cloves minced
- Salt: to taste
- Black Pepper: to taste
- Tahini: 2 tablespoons
- Black Olives: 10 cut into small pieces
- Almonds: 10 peeled and chopped
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the onion and garlic and sauté well.
- Add the mashed cauliflower and stir.
- Add the olives and almonds and stir. Then, add the salt and black pepper and mix.
- Add the tahini and stir everything together well. Serve with toasted bread if desired.
