Ingredients
- For the Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- ½ cup parsley chopped
- ½ chili pepper
- 1 bell pepper
- Other Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 large onion
- 1 large tomato
- 3 bay leaves
- ½ teaspoon cardamom
- 1 tablespoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 liter hot water
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a pot on the stove filled with hot water, place the chicken with the onion, tomato, cardamom, bay leaves, salt, and black pepper. Let it cook over medium heat until fully done.
- Once cooked, remove it from the heat, drain it well, and let it cool.
- To prepare the sauce: In a food processor, thoroughly mix the tomato sauce with garlic, chili pepper, bell pepper, and chopped parsley.
- Coat the boiled chicken with the sauce and leave it in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
- Brush the chicken with a little olive oil and place it in the oven until the top is browned. Serve the chicken hot.
