Ingredients
- Potatoes: 4 pieces boiled
- Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Parsley: 2 tablespoons chopped
- Black Pepper: ¼ teaspoon
- Salt: ½ teaspoon
- Garlic: 1 clove minced
Instructions
- Peel the boiled potatoes and then cut them into small cubes.
- Add the garlic, salt, and black pepper, and mix them well.
- Add the vinegar to the potatoes and mix gently again.
- Place the potatoes on a serving plate, drizzle the olive oil on top, garnish with parsley, and serve them hot or cold as you like.
