Barley bread is high in fiber & protein, making it a healthy choice for a diet when eaten in moderation. The fiber helps you feel full and improves digestion, while the protein helps build muscle & burn fat. However, you should watch your portion sizes because barley bread can be high in calories if you eat too much.
