Ingredients
- For the Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Light Mayonnaise
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Sumac
- For the Salad:
- 10 leaves Lettuce chopped
- 1 large Carrot chopped
- 1 large Cucumber chopped
- 1/2 cup Corn cooked
- 1 cup Croutons toasted bread
Instructions
- Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients together until well combined and smooth.
- Assemble the Salad: On a serving platter, arrange the lettuce, then add the carrot, cucumber, and corn.
- Add Dressing: Pour the prepared dressing over the ingredients on the platter. Then, toss everything together until the salad is evenly coated.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle the toasted croutons over the top of the salad and serve immediately.
