Ingredients
  

  • For the Dough - Dry Ingredients:
  • 120 grams gluten-free flour
  • 30 grams rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • For the Dough - Wet Ingredients:
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1.5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 120 ml warm water
  • For the Pizza:
  • 3 tablespoons ready-made pizza sauce
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 2 teaspoons thyme Za'atar
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • To make the dough: In a deep bowl, mix the yeast, sugar, and warm water. Set the mixture aside for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
  • Add the yogurt, egg, and vinegar, and mix well.
  • Add the gluten-free flour, rice flour, and salt. Knead well with your hands, adding the oil gradually, until you get a sticky and cohesive dough.
  • Place the dough in a bowl greased with oil, cover it, and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
  • Spread the dough evenly on a medium-sized baking tray lined with parchment paper, greased with oil, and lightly dusted with flour.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Then, distribute the tomato slices and thyme, and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  • Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • Place the pizza tray in the oven for about 20 minutes until fully cooked, then serve.
