Ingredients
- 4 cups strawberry puree
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup honey
- 3/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the strawberry puree with the honey.
- In a pot on the stove, heat the water until it boils. Then, add the strawberry and honey mixture.
- Add the lemon juice to the pot.
- Stir the ingredients and mash them together. Then, remove the pot from the heat and let it cool down completely.
- Keep your strawberry jam in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
