Ingredients
  

  • Flour: 3 cups Oat flour
  • Coconut: ½ cup shredded
  • Oil: 4 tablespoons
  • Honey: 3 tablespoons
  • Baking Soda: ½ teaspoon
  • Water: as needed for kneading

Instructions
 

  • In an electric mixer, combine the oat flour, shredded coconut, honey, oil, and baking soda.
  • Gradually add water to the previous ingredients until a biscuit dough forms.
  • Place the dough on parchment paper, cover it with another sheet of parchment paper, and roll it out evenly with a rolling pin.
  • Cut the dough into circles using a cookie cutter, or into your desired shapes.
  • Use a fork to poke holes in each piece of dough.
  • Prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper and arrange the biscuit pieces on it.
  • Place the tray in the oven for 20 minutes at 130°C (265°F) until the biscuits turn golden.
  • Remove the tray from the oven and let the biscuits cool completely. Then, store them in an airtight container until ready to serve.
