Ingredients
- Flour: 3 cups Oat flour
- Coconut: ½ cup shredded
- Oil: 4 tablespoons
- Honey: 3 tablespoons
- Baking Soda: ½ teaspoon
- Water: as needed for kneading
Instructions
- In an electric mixer, combine the oat flour, shredded coconut, honey, oil, and baking soda.
- Gradually add water to the previous ingredients until a biscuit dough forms.
- Place the dough on parchment paper, cover it with another sheet of parchment paper, and roll it out evenly with a rolling pin.
- Cut the dough into circles using a cookie cutter, or into your desired shapes.
- Use a fork to poke holes in each piece of dough.
- Prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper and arrange the biscuit pieces on it.
- Place the tray in the oven for 20 minutes at 130°C (265°F) until the biscuits turn golden.
- Remove the tray from the oven and let the biscuits cool completely. Then, store them in an airtight container until ready to serve.
