Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage chopped
- 3 onions chopped
- 5 carrots chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 2 stalks green onion chopped
- 2 green bell peppers chopped
- 8 stalks celery chopped
- 4 cups vegetable broth
Instructions
- In a pot over the heat, sauté the onions without adding any fat.
- Add the green onions, carrots, cabbage, and green bell peppers. Stir the ingredients until they wilt.
- Add the celery and tomatoes, stir for a few minutes, then pour in the broth. Let the soup cook until fully done.
- Pour the cabbage soup into a serving bowl and serve hot.
