Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of cabbage chopped
  • 3 onions chopped
  • 5 carrots chopped
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 2 stalks green onion chopped
  • 2 green bell peppers chopped
  • 8 stalks celery chopped
  • 4 cups vegetable broth

Instructions
 

  • In a pot over the heat, sauté the onions without adding any fat.
  • Add the green onions, carrots, cabbage, and green bell peppers. Stir the ingredients until they wilt.
  • Add the celery and tomatoes, stir for a few minutes, then pour in the broth. Let the soup cook until fully done.
  • Pour the cabbage soup into a serving bowl and serve hot.
