Here is a very easy recipe for roasted cauliflower and broccoli for your diet.
Ingredients
- Broccoli: 1 head cut into florets
- Cauliflower: 1 head cut into florets
- Olive oil: 5 tablespoons
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- Garlic: 3 cloves minced
- Lemon juice: 3 tablespoons
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with paprika, minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
- Place the broccoli and cauliflower florets on a baking tray greased with oil.
- Pour the seasoning mixture over the broccoli and cauliflower on the tray.
- Put the tray in the oven until the vegetables are roasted and fully cooked. Serve hot.
