Ingredients
- 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
- 220 grams pineapple peeled and cubed
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- Juice of half a lemon
Instructions
- Place the kiwi, pineapple, and mint into a blender. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- Add the lemon juice and blend again.
- Pour the juice into serving glasses and serve it cold, with ice cubes if desired.
