Onion soup is a classic French dish with many health benefits. It stimulates blood circulation, regulates the heart, balances blood sugar, & cleanses the intestines and mouth of fungi, bacteria, and germs. Onion soup is also used in diet plans because it is low in calories, helps burn belly and thigh fat, & reduces bad cholesterol in the body.
