Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dates pitted
  • 1 cup oats
  • ¼ cup butter almond butter
  • ¼ cup flax seeds ground
  • 2 tablespoons dried fruits assorted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar substitute dissolved in 1 tablespoon of water
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Place the dates, almond butter, and dissolved sugar substitute in a food processor. Mix the ingredients well.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the oats, ground flax seeds, dried fruits, and cinnamon together. Then, add the date mixture and mix well until you get a consistent and cohesive dough.
  • Form the date and oat mixture into balls of equal size.
  • Place the energy balls on a serving plate and refrigerate them until cool. Then, serve.
