Oat & Date Energy Balls
Try these delicious energy balls packed with healthy ingredients like dates, nuts, seeds, & dried fruits.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dates pitted
- 1 cup oats
- ¼ cup butter almond butter
- ¼ cup flax seeds ground
- 2 tablespoons dried fruits assorted
- 1 tablespoon sugar substitute dissolved in 1 tablespoon of water
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Place the dates, almond butter, and dissolved sugar substitute in a food processor. Mix the ingredients well.
- In a medium bowl, mix the oats, ground flax seeds, dried fruits, and cinnamon together. Then, add the date mixture and mix well until you get a consistent and cohesive dough.
- Form the date and oat mixture into balls of equal size.
- Place the energy balls on a serving plate and refrigerate them until cool. Then, serve.
