  • Water: 2 cups
  • Lemon: 1 large
  • Mint: 5 leaves fresh and washed
  • Honey: to taste or diet sugar for sweetness
  • Ice Cubes: as desired

Instructions
 

  • Slice the lemon into thin rounds.
  • Place the lemon slices, mint leaves, and water in a pitcher.
  • Let the ingredients steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour for a stronger flavor.
  • Sweeten the drink with honey or diet sugar according to your taste.
