Ingredients
  

  • 1 can of tuna drained
  • 3 eggs hard-boiled and sliced
  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • 2 onions finely diced
  • 4 cups arugula
  • 1 cup olives
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a serving bowl, combine the tuna, lettuce leaves, tomatoes, onions, olives, and arugula.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the vegetables in the serving bowl and toss the ingredients until well combined.
  • Place the sliced boiled eggs on top and serve.
