Keto Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna drained
- 3 eggs hard-boiled and sliced
- 2 tomatoes diced
- 2 onions finely diced
- 4 cups arugula
- 1 cup olives
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup lettuce
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- In a serving bowl, combine the tuna, lettuce leaves, tomatoes, onions, olives, and arugula.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables in the serving bowl and toss the ingredients until well combined.
- Place the sliced boiled eggs on top and serve.
