Here are the ingredients and steps to prepare a perfect diet salad with steak.
Ingredients
- For the Steak:
- 2 steaks
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- For the Salad:
- 1 head of lettuce washed
- 1 bunch of arugula washed
- 1 avocado sliced
- 6 cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- For the Dressing:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Instructions
- Season the steak slices with salt and black pepper.
- Heat the butter in a non-stick pan. Place the steak in the pan and cook until done. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing it.
- In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, arugula, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Add the sliced steak and sprinkle the cheese on top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and mustard.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently. Serve the Keto Steak Salad immediately.
