Here are the ingredients and steps to prepare a perfect diet salad with steak.

Ingredients
  

  • For the Steak:
  • 2 steaks
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • For the Salad:
  • 1 head of lettuce washed
  • 1 bunch of arugula washed
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 6 cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • For the Dressing:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Instructions
 

  • Season the steak slices with salt and black pepper.
  • Heat the butter in a non-stick pan. Place the steak in the pan and cook until done. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing it.
  • In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, arugula, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Add the sliced steak and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and mustard.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently. Serve the Keto Steak Salad immediately.
