Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almonds ground
  • ½ cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • ¼ cup sugar substitute
  • ¼ cup butter almond butter
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Almonds as needed (for garnish - chopped)
  • Cocoa powder as needed (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix the ground almonds, cocoa powder, sugar substitute, and salt.
  • Add the almond butter, cream, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix the ingredients well until combined and a cohesive dough forms.
  • Shape the dough into small balls, about the size of a teaspoon.
  • Roll the balls in the chopped almonds or cocoa powder for coating.
  • Place the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Serve the chocolate balls cold.
