Ingredients
  

  • For the Chicken:
  • 500 g chicken breast cut into strips
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter at room temperature
  • For the Dressing:
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • For the Salad:
  • 1 head of lettuce chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • To prepare the chicken: In a deep bowl, place the chicken strips, olive oil, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Mix the ingredients well until combined. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
  • Melt the butter in a wide pan over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until completely done, stirring occasionally.
  • To prepare the dressing: In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and oregano until well combined.
  • Place the chopped lettuce on a serving plate, then arrange the cooked chicken strips on top.
  • Pour the prepared dressing evenly over the chicken. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top of the salad and serve.
