Ingredients
  

  • 500 g lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup dill chopped
  • ½ cup parsley chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup ground oats
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped onion, dill, parsley, eggs, ground oats, spices, and salt well until the ingredients are fully combined.
  • Shape the mixture into medium-sized balls.
  • Preheat the grill or oven to a medium temperature.
  • Lightly grease a baking tray with olive oil and arrange the meatballs on it.
  • Grill the meatballs until they are cooked through and browned on all sides.
