Ingredients
- 500 g lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- ½ cup dill chopped
- ½ cup parsley chopped
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup ground oats
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped onion, dill, parsley, eggs, ground oats, spices, and salt well until the ingredients are fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into medium-sized balls.
