Ingredients
- Mushrooms: 500 grams fresh and sliced
- Garlic: 2 cloves minced
- Lemon juice: 1/2 tablespoon
- Olive oil: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
- Black pepper: to taste
- Parsley: for garnish chopped
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and stir for a few seconds until you can smell its aroma.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and stir well until they become soft.
