Fat-Burning Celery Soup is a soup made from a blend of low-calorie vegetables.

Ingredients
  

  • Cabbage: 1 cup chopped
  • Carrot: 1 large
  • Celery: 3 stalks
  • Onion: 1 large
  • Tomatoes: 2
  • Water: 3 cups
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black Pepper: to taste
  • Cumin: 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander: 1 teaspoon dried
  • Bay Leaves: 2 leaves
  • Lemon: slices for serving
  • Parsley: to taste chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Chop all the vegetables into medium-sized pieces.
  • Place the vegetables in a pot with the water, salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, and bay leaves.
  • Let the mixture boil until the vegetables are completely tender.
  • Using a hand blender, puree the vegetables to get a creamy consistency.
  • Garnish the soup with lemon slices and chopped parsley.
  • Serve the soup hot.
