Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cabbage sliced
- 2 large onions chopped
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 3 carrots chopped
- 1 bunch of celery chopped
- 1 can of crushed tomatoes
- 2 liters of low-salt vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
- Wash all the vegetables and chop them into medium-sized pieces.
- Place all the chopped vegetables into a large pot.
- Add the vegetable broth to the pot, followed by the crushed tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and cumin.
- Place the pot over high heat until the mixture boils. Then, reduce the heat, cover the pot, and let it simmer.
