This Shrimp and Tuna Pasta Salad is a suitable recipe for a diet. It is delicious, quick to prepare
Ingredients
- 500 grams pasta
- 1 can tuna drained of oil
- 250 grams shrimp peeled
- 1 cup mixed bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise light/diet
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a pot on the stove, boil the pasta in water until cooked, then drain it and set it aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the shrimp until cooked through and slightly browned.
- In a serving bowl, combine the pasta, tuna, bell peppers, and shrimp. Mix them well.
- Season the salad with salt, black pepper, and light mayonnaise. Then, serve.
