Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams pasta
  • 1 can tuna drained of oil
  • 250 grams shrimp peeled
  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise light/diet
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a pot on the stove, boil the pasta in water until cooked, then drain it and set it aside.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the shrimp until cooked through and slightly browned.
  • In a serving bowl, combine the pasta, tuna, bell peppers, and shrimp. Mix them well.
  • Season the salad with salt, black pepper, and light mayonnaise. Then, serve.
